How to make
Thaw the legs and wash them well. Clean and wash the rice also. Chop the onion finely. Smear a tray with oil and add a little butter.
Add the onion and gently fry over low heat. Remove it from the heat. Place it in the tray evenly. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste. Arrange the legs and grate the carrot on top.
On each leg, put a little salt and a piece of butter. Add one large glass of water.
Bake in a very hot oven until ready.
