How to make
Boil or bake the chicken legs. Leave them to cool and in the meantime braise the chopped mushrooms in a little oil.
Debone the chicken legs, add the meat to the mushrooms. Add the drained corn and pour in the cream.
Season with black pepper, salt and stir. Leave to simmer until thickened, remove from the stove.
Personally I like to serve them with boiled pasta!
