Ingredients

  • sauerkraut - 1 cabbage
  • pork ribs - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • pork bacon - 1.5 lb (700 g) with skin
  • rice - 1 cup
  • smoked paprika - a pinch
  • sweet paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 1 tsp. or lard
  • dried hot peppers - 1 pc. (red)

How to make

Cut the meat into large pieces and fry it in the fat.

Chop the sauerkraut and after frying the ribs, add the paprika, cabbage and pour the water over them.

Simmer over low heat, try it after about an hour and if it is semi-cooked, add the washed rice.

After boiling it and the rice is cooked, pour the whole amount of pork ribs with sauerkraut into a baking pan and arrange the meat on top.

Bake the pork ribs with sauerkraut and rice until it's fully cooked and you can add a dry hot pepper while the food is baking.
