How to make
Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. Season with the other products and mix well.
Leave the minced meat to sit for a day, so it absorbs the best of the aromas.
Form small round meatballs and roll them in flour then fry them. Prepare the sauce by peeling and finely chopping or mashing the tomatoes.
Peel the garlic and cut it into slices, put it to simmer in the fat, add the tomatoes and let them simmer and make sure to stir at times until the water evaporates.
Sprinkle with paprika, sugar and salt. Boil until it remains in it's fat and sprinkle with a little flour and parsley.
Serve by pouring the meatballs with this wonderful and very fragrant sauce. Sprinkle with more parsley and add a hot pepper.
