How to make
Peel the melon, remove the seeds, cut it into large pieces and blend it in a blender along with the basil and mint leaves, a glass of cold mineral water and the lemon juice.
Pour the blended puree into a jug, pour it through a fine strainer and stir vigorously with a spoon, so that the juice can separate easily.
The resulting juice is divided into 4 glasses and sparkling water is added.
If desired, each glass of lemonade is sweetened with a little honey and stirred until it completely dissolves.
The homemade melon lemonade is served with a straw and ice.
