How to make
Fry the meat. Add the onions. Stew and add the chopped into small cubes potatoes.
Season and add the tomato puree. Stew until ready, topping it up with water.
Pour into clay pots and optionally sprinkle with cheese and break an egg on top. Bake until browned.
