Ingredients

  • baguette - 1 mini
  • goat cheese - 3 oz (80 g)
  • ricotta - 3 tbsp.
  • prosciutto - 1 oz (30 g)
  • fig jam - 3 - 4 figs cut into thin slices
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.

measures

How to make

Cut the baguette into thin circles. Brush them with olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 340°F (170 degrees) for about 8-10 minutes, turning them once.

Remove the crostini and cool. Meanwhile, mash the goat cheese with the ricotta. Cut the prosciutto into thin strips.

Cut the figs into small pieces. Place a teaspoon of the mixed cheese on each slice of bread.

Place some of the fig jam on top and place the rolled prosciutto on top.

Decorate the finished bruschettas with basil leaves.

Bruschettas with goat cheese, figs and prosciutto are a great appetizer.
