How to make
Cut the feta cheese into 5 equal slices. In buttered earthenware pots, place 1 slice of feta cheese, 1 round tomato slice and part of the butter. Bake in a high oven for about 5 minutes.
Add 1 egg and 1 chili pepper per clay pot. Sprinkle the clay pots with a little butter, previously mixed with paprika to taste.
Place in the oven again, to toast the eggs.
