"Yes, we thought it would be impossible to crumb yoghurt but it turns out that not only is it possible but is in fact quite tasty"

Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g) strained, thick
  • breadcrumbs - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • black pepper - 1 pinch, ground
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • dill - 1/2 tsp, fresh
  • garlic - 3 cloves

How to make

Mix the yoghurt with the salt, black pepper, blended garlic and dill. Grab spoons of the mixture and drop them to roll in the flour to form them carefully.

Then, dip the mixture in beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and eggs again. Put them to fry in an oil bath, until they get a delicious crust. Serve on lettuce leaves.
