How to make
Cut bread into small cubes and pour them into a large bowl. Add diced prosciutto/ham and chopped parsley. Separately beat eggs and milk together and pour over the bread.
Leave for 20 minutes. Chop onion finely and fry in oil. Add to the bowl with the flour and salt taste and mix everything well.
Shape dumplings as you gather it in your hands and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Tyrolean dumplings are served in hot broth and sprinkled with chives.
