How to make
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk, sugar and melted butter, and sift in the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. Stir thoroughly.
Wash and peel the apple. Cut it into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
Whisk and then blend the mix, to a smooth consistency.
Let it rest for 5-10 min.
Heat a pancake pan, drizzle with very little oil and pour half a laddle of the pancake mix.
Flip your pancakes, until they both sides are cooked.
Arrange on a plate and spread a little butter on top of each pancake.
Serve the Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes warm.
