How to make
The yeast is dissolved in the water along with the sugar. Beat the egg with a fork and add the yoghurt, butter and salt.
Beat, in order to mix the ingredients and add them to the yeast. Knead a soft dough for donuts and leave it to rise in a warm place wrapped in cling film so it doesn't get crusty.
Once it doubles its volume, roll it out into a 0.4″ (1 cm) crust. With a glass, cut out circles, which are arranged onto a towel and are then wrapped in it. Leave them to rise for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep pan. Dip them in the hot oil and fry them until they're golden brown. While they cool down, prepare the cream.
Mix the two cheeses and the cream and beat them until you get a smooth mixture. Using a piping bag, fill up the donuts.
These cream filled savory donuts are suitable for breakfast!
