  • oatmeal - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • apple - 1 pc. (medium - sized and grated)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • ayran - 4 tablespoons (thick)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, flour and baking powder.

Peel the apple and grate it on a large grater. Mix the apples and oatmeal, add oil and thick ayran.

Mix everything with a spoon and leave the oatmeal to soften for 15 minutes.

Pour the mixture on baking paper and form the biscuits.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) with the fan on for 20 minutes. Take them out and serve them chilled.
