"Its a bit different trying out savory muffins! There is cheese inside and your favorite salami"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 2 and 1/2 cups
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp.
  • basil - 1/2 tsp.
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp.
  • savory herb - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • salami - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • white cheese - 1/2 cup (crumbled)
  • pickles - 5 - 6 pieces
  • tomatoes - 1 large pc.

How to make

The eggs are beated. Add the yogurt, oil and water and mix well. The baking powder is sifted along with the flour and added to the bowl, where the eggs are.

Add salt and other spices. Stir until all the spices are absorbed.

The salami, cucumbers and tomatoes are cut into small cubes. They are added to the mixture along with the crumbled white cheese. Mix once again.

Put paper muffin cups in a muffin tin, grease them and fill them with the mixture, but not to the top. Leave a little space.

The savory muffins are baked at 390°F (200 degrees) for 30-40 minutes or until they're fully baked. I managed to make 16 out of these products.
