How to make
The whitefish is cut into thin slices. Season with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Leave it to marinate for at least an hour.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs well and heat the oil in a pan.
Each whitefish fillet is rolled in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs, dipped in the beaten eggs and fried in oil until they're golden brown on both sides.
Serve them with salad, lemon slices and cold beer.
