How to make
Sprinkle the cleaned fish with salt and black pepper and arrange it in a baking pan, but beforehand, grease the bottom of the pan with olive oil.
Each fish is placed on a few slices of onion and 2-3 slices of lemon. Before that I made 5-6 slits on the back of the fish. A little olive oil is drizzled into the slits.
Sprinkle it with dill and place 2 slices of lemon and one slice of tomato on top of each fish. Wrap it in foil and place the fish in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 20 minutes.
Then unwrap the fish and leave it a while longer and pour a spoonful of fat on each fish. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped garlic scape.
