Ingredients

  • avocado - 1 large and soft avocado
  • onions - 1/2 small
  • parsley - 1/3 bunch
  • green hot pepper - 1 pcs. (not very spicy)
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper - by taste
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon

How to make

Peel an avocado, cut it in half, remove the seed and carve out the edible part from the peel.

Put it in a blender or food processor and add the chopped onion, parsley, hot pepper (without its seeds), squeezed lemon juice and spices of your choice.

Add olive oil and blend the dip until it's smooth. It turns out most delicious when slightly larger pieces of onion and parsley remain.

With the dip you prepared in this way you can use it to spread on bruschettas, sandwiches or serve it with vegetable chips or sticks.
