For this appetizing dip, I peeled the avocado and removed its seed.
Add the white cheese, eggs and season with a little salt, black pepper and 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice.
I mashed that with a fork, but it can also be blended into a creamy mixture.
I serve the delicious avocado dip on crispy bruschettas or a toasted bread slice.
