How to make
Lightly tenderize the chicken breasts and season well with salt, black pepper, rosemary and pour the soya sauce and lemon juice over them. Allow to flavor for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. In a wide, greased oven dish, slice one of the onion heads into rings and then arrange it on the bottom.
On top of each flavored chicken breast, put a slice of lemon. Add the cleaned and sliced potatoes, the pepper, the other onion head and tomatoes. Sprinkle with plenty of spices and spray with vegetable oil or olive oil. Finally, pour the wine in from a low height.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and poke a few holes with a needle in it. Put the chicken with vegetables in the oven to bake for about 1 hour in moderate heat.
Near the end, you can bake without the foil.
