Ingredients

  • avocado - 7 oz (200 g) peeled and pitted
  • tomatoes - 1 small, 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • onion - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • coriander - 2 sprigs
  • lime - 2 tbsp. juice
  • tabasco - 2 - 3 drops
  • olive oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • red peppers - 6 pcs., Roasted, peeled

How to make

Put the well-ripened avocado, tomato, and onion in a blender.

Tear off the fresh coriander leaves and a small part of the stems on both sprigs. Put them in a blender, setting aside a few leaves, and chop them to sprinkle at the end.
