How to make
Heat the oil, add the chopped onions, carrots and peppers and fry them on low heat until the vegetables soften. Peel and cut the sausage into circles, add it to the vegetables and fry it for a short while.
Add the flour and fry it briefly. Add the paprika and stir and immediately add warm water.
Add both types of black pepper, bay leaf and as much salt as you like. Let it simmer until it slightly thickens. Just before removing from the heat, add the grated tomato and garlic.
Sprinkle the cooked stew with parsley and remove it from the heat. Close the lid to stew the parsley.
Serve with a garnish of mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
The delicious sausage stew is ready.
