Ingredients

  • tricolor pasta - 5.3 oz (150 g) or farfale or fusilli
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 - 12 pcs.
  • basil - 1 handful of fresh leaves
  • blue cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • mozzarella - 100 g (medium)
  • lemons - 1/2 pcs.
  • olive oil - 5 - 6 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Put it in a large strainer or a special container for straining pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Leave it in the strainer to strain all of the water and then sprinkle it with olive oil and stir. Add more olive oil and stir until the pasta has completely cooled down.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pasta along with the crumbled blue cheese and the diced mozzarella. In case you only have fresh mozzarella, just shred it.

Add the coarsely chopped or also shredded basil leaves.

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, sprinkle with olive oil and add as much salt as you like.

Simple, but a very fresh and pleasant pasta salad that will become your favorite!
