How to make
The fish is cleaned, washed and boiled in salted water for about 15 minutes. It is deboned, the skin is peeled and the fish is shredded into pieces, which are placed in a pot or a pan.
Add the finely chopped garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper and 50 ml of water. Cover it with a lid and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. Shaking the pan several times.
The cooked fish is served cold with a suitable side dish - boiled potatoes, a potato salad or rice.
