"A doner for champions, with tender duck meat and fresh vegetables"

Ingredients

  • doner wraps - 1 package
  • duck drumsticks - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • lettuce - 1 pc. (or cabbage)
  • potatoes - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • yoghurt
  • mayonnaise
  • butter - for spreading on the wraps

How to make

The duck meat is boiled and shredded. Cut the potatoes and fry them.

Place a frying pan on the stove and the butter in it to melt and place the doner wrap in it so that it can soften. Then fry the shredded duck meat in a little fat.

Take the yogurt and mix it with mayonnaise to make a thick sauce and you can optionally add garlic powder.

Once the doner wrap is ready, grease it with the yogurt and mayo sauce, add the fried meat, french fries, tomato and cucumber slices, lettuce and season with a little salt.
