How to make
Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Peel the onions and finely chop them. Mix them and let them simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Then grind them in a meat grinder and add the vinegar and sugar. Taste it and if necessary, add a little more vinegar or sugar.
Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens - about 30 minutes.
Add the mustard and other spices. The mixture is left to cool and then poured into jars or bottles. Sterilize them for 20 minutes.
