How to make
Cut the avocado in half, separate the two halves and remove the nut.
Carve out the insides of the avocado with a spoon and put them in a food processor or blender. Add the crushed garlic with the parsley, basil and parmesan.
Blend to homogeneity and slowly add the oil and vinegar while continuously blending. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
If it is too thick, you can dilute the pesto with some water.
