Ingredients

  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.
  • apples - 5 medium - sized (slightly sour)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 large carrot
  • thyme - 1 stalk
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • dark beer - 1 cup
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.

How to make

The mustard, smoked paprika and crushed garlic cloves are mixed with a little salt and rubbed well into the duck.

It needs to be left in a cool place for 2-3 hours.

The apples, onions and carrots are cut into large pieces.

Arrange in a fireproof glass saucepan, where the duck is placed, in which several pieces of apple and thyme are placed.
