How to make
Add the cream in the saucepan. Turn on the stove and wait for it to boil.
Remove it from the heat and then add the butter cubes. Stir and add the chocolate that you have broken up, beforehand. Stir with a wooden spoon until it's completely absorbed by the butter.
Do everything quickly while the mixture is warm so you can manage to melt the chocolate completely.
Once everything has melted, add the water. The secret is that the chocolate glaze stays smooth after its application on cakes, cupcakes, pastries, etc.
Allow the chocolate glaze to cool slightly and your glaze is ready to use.
