Ingredients

  • avocados - 2
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sour cream - 1/4 cup for cooking
  • parsley
  • dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp.
  • shallot - 2 heads
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - a few ground grains
  • sea salt - 1 pinch
  • capers - 1 and 1/2 tbsp. crushed
  • celery - 1/4 tsp. crushed seeds

How to make

Finely chop a little parsley and the shallots.

Smash a clove of garlic.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and leave it in the fridge for an hour so the flavors combine.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

Fill the avocado with the sauce and serve.
