How to make
Boil the chicken drumsticks. Once they cool down, debone them into small pieces. Add the meat in a deep saucepan, add the diced carrots and potatoes and the cleaned and washed rice.
Pour the broth in which we boiled the drumsticks and add water. Season with salt and bring the soup to a boil.
Once the chicken soup is ready, prepare the egg-based thickener from the yolk, yogurt, the juice from half a lemon and flour.
Beat well, add 2-3 scoops of the soup (only broth) to the egg-based thickener and stir.
Then add it to the soup gradually, while stirring.
Serve the chicken soup hot!
