"Just some ordinary ingredients but when prepared this way, you get a tasty and aromatic Sarakatsani Salad!"

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2
  • peppers - 3, red, roasted and peeled
  • onions - 1 head
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup, full cream
  • parsley - 1 - 2 bunches
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper - 2 - 3 pinches
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Cut the tomatoes into large but not too large cubes and combine them in a salad bowl. Cut the roasted peppers into strips, season them with oil, salt, black pepper and stir.

Add the finely chopped onion. Mix the salad with yoghurt, crumble plenty of feta cheese on top and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
