How to make
Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight. Strain them and put them in a blender. Blend them well, and add the onion, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper, baking powder and parsley.
Blend again shortly. Place the mix in a bowl, add a little water, knead well and let it rest for a while.
Shape the mix into small patties and arrange them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) fot around 20 minutes. Serve wih a sauce of your choice (garlic and yogurt, or tahini sauce)
