How to make
Pour water over the chickpeas and leave them in it overnight. Strain them, pour water over them and cook them for 90-120 minutes. Strain them.
Blend the chickpeas along with the onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander and baking powder.
Add salt and black pepper by taste. Form small balls and fry them in hot oil. Serve them with a salad or sauce of your choice.
