How to make
Heat water in a saucepan and cook the sausages until slightly swollen. Take them out without boiling them so that they do not burst.
Cut the buns in half. Cut onions and cucumbers into small pieces and distribute them evenly on the buns. Put the sausage on top and with the finely chopped sauerkraut.
Garnish the hot dogs with ketchup and mustard by taste and serve.
