Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips, put oil in a pan and start frying them, adding a little water, if they have not released enough water themselves.
Once lightly fried, pour in the cooking cream and the cream cheese.
Stir and sprinkle with the spices and a pinch of salt.
Let them simmer on the stove until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve warm, sprinkled with a little garlic powder and spring onions.
