How to make
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into larger pieces or strips. Cut the onions into crescents and the tomatoes into cubes, or peeled and mashed.
Put oil and mushrooms in a small saucepan or casserole, simmer lightly, then add the onions and tomatoes.
Simmer on medium heat, seasoning with spices a little later.
Turn off the heat after the dish thickens and only oil remains in the pan, no water.
Serve the mushrooms warm.
