How to make
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add the yogurt, oil, sugar, chopped bananas, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix the ingredients well. Sift in the flour to the liquid ingredients.
Mix again until you get a thick cake batter. Pour the batter into a nonstick baking tray, or lay a piece of parchment paper to prevent from sticking.
You can also use a cake tin.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake the banana bread for 40-50 minutes.
You can sift some powdered sugar on top if you wish.
