Ingredients

  • pears - 1 pc.
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • berries - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • cranberries - 8 pcs. (dried)
  • almonds - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • hazelnuts - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • chlorella - 1/2 tsp.
  • water - 1 cup.

How to make

Peel an apple, a pear and a banana and cut them into large pieces.

The nuts need to have been soaked since the night before.

Wash and mix them with the fruit and dried cranberries.

Sprinkle with chlorella and add water.
