How to make

Cut the meat into bite sized pieces and sauté it in oil with a little warm water. Once softened, add chopped onions and crushed pepper, and a few large cut leeks.

Sauté until soft and add the grated tomatoes. Pour crushed parsley and dill and paprika. Finally, salt to taste and boil on low heat.
