How to make
Clean the pears and apples and cut them into pieces without peeling them.
Take a large strainer or one for straining the pasta, with larger holes. Put the sliced fruit in it along with the pomegranate seeds and if desired you can add a handful of raspberries.
Place the water on the hob in a convenient cookware, so that you can fit the strainer with the fruit, so that they are covered with water halfway.
Boil them for 20 minutes over medium heat, then allow the liquid to cool. While it is still slightly warm, dissolve the honey in it.
You can keep the fruit from the strainer and use them to make a puree or put them in a cake, for example.
Squeeze the juice from one lemon and the juice of half a lime in the cooled fruit liquid. Cut the other half of the citrus into pieces and place it in the lemonade jug.
Also cut half of the grapefruit into pieces and put them in the jug and if desired, squeeze and add its juice to the lemonade. Keep in mind that if you do, the liquid will be a little bitter. Honey will kill some of the bitterness, but you will still be able to taste it slightly.
Pour the sparkling water into the citrus jug. Put a long metal spoon in it and slowly pour the fruit liquid on it.
Optionally, you can add ice cubes and serve the autumn lemonade in elegant glasses, such as champagne glasses.
A very nice drink for any occasion!
