"Tasty, easy and very refreshing avocado and tomato bruschettas for you and your guests!"

Ingredients

  • baguette - 1 small
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • tomato - one big or two small
  • avocado - one big or two small
  • onion - 1 tbsp. finely sliced
  • parsley - 2 tbsp. finely chopped
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Cut the baguette open lengthwise. Brush the halves with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170 degrees) and bake for 5-7 minutes.

Take out of the oven, rub the bread with the garlic clove, and cut the halves into small brusquets. Peel and seed the tomato.

Cut the flesh of the tomato into cubes. Mix in the avocado. Add the lemon juice. Stir in the finely chopped onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Place a full teaspoon of the mixture, on top of each bruschetta and serve.
