How to make
Put the diced beef in a deep greasy pan and season with salt, pepper, melange, coriander and cumin. Stew, while adding the wine and 2 cups of water and one vegetable broth.
In another pan, fry the rice, finely chopped onions, carrots, sliced mushrooms and canned tomatoes. Add enough water to cover the mixture.
Stir and when it boils and add baby spinach to simmer for a short while.
In a pan put the stewed beef, rice with spinach, the other broth and two glasses of water. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
