How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream.
Add the oil in a thin stream to them, stirring constantly.
Add the yogurt, vanilla, and sifted flour, mix until smooth.
Grease the bottom and walls of the baking tray with oil and sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture in it and level it.
Place the tray in a preheated 360°F (180-degree) oven and bake until done, checking it with a toothpick, for about 35-40 minutes.
Remove the tray and sprinkle the cake with a little powdered sugar.
