How to make
In a saucepan, mix the yogurt, water, and oil. Add the sugar, stir, and heat the mixture slightly on the hob. Remove from the heat and add the crushed fresh yeast, stir until completely dissolved.
In a bowl sift the flour and add salt, stir. Add the liquid mixture to it and knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough with cling wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, form balls the size of an egg from the dough, and arrange them at a distance from each other in the pan.
Leave the baps to rest for about 10 minutes until the oven heats up to 180 degrees.
Spread the beaten egg over the small baps and sprinkle with seeds, bake until golden and dry.
