How to make
Cut the crusts from the slices of bread and soak it well in water.
Squeeze the water out of it and along with the pressed garlic and peeled and chopped eggplant put it in a blender.
Add olive oil and walnuts and blend again to the desired consistency.
Season the garlic starter with the desired amount of salt.
Optionally, you can add the squeezed juice from a lemon half (or a little vinegar) to the Greek garlic paste.
This appetizing starter goes along perfectly with your favorite dishes.
