How to make
Chop the garlic into fine bits and mix it with the Philadelphia and dried basil.
Cut the ham and mozzarella into small cubes and grate the cheese.
In two bowls add Philadelphia. On top of that sprinkle with ham and mozzarella. Put 1 tbsp. of the sauce and cover it with grated cheese.
Repeat the procedure and arrange sliced olives.
Place the bowls in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 10 minutes, then turn on the grill only.
After lightly baking the cheese, remove it from the oven. Add fresh basil leaves and serve with rusks!
