How to make
Clean, wash, dry and sprinkle the trout with salt and pepper. Clean the mushrooms and chop their stalks finely. Mix them with the diced into cubes melted cheese and add the tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste, 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs and chopped garlic.
With this mixture, fill the trout. Grease a tray well and dispense the sliced caps of the mushrooms on the bottom. Put the fish on top, coat them well with butter and spread the remaining stuffing on top and around the fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and distribute a few lemon slices.
Cover the pan with foil and put it to bake in a moderate oven. Then remove the foil and bake to a nice tan. Serve the trout with melted cheese and mushrooms with chopped fresh dill.
