How to make
Select two large fillets of white fish, salt them, sprinkle them with pepper. Place them in a baking dish and pour in the sour cream, previously mixed with the diced dill.
Add crushed garlic, pepper again, a little salt, nutmeg to taste and spread the butter lumps in. Throw in a few slices of lemon, cover with foil and put it to bake for about half an hour in a moderate oven.
