  • peppers - 2 lb (1 kg) red, green, yellow
  • peas - 1/2 - 2/3 cup milled
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • onions - 1 bunch fresh
  • eggs - 4 - 5
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g) or cheese
  • milk - 3 cups (700 ml)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • savory - 1 tsp

How to make

Cut the cleaned potatoes and peppers into circles. Fry the chopped onion in a little preheated oil. In a well-greased large rectangular pan, start to stack the rings of potatoes, peppers, peas, fried onions, and sprinkle with a little spice.

Beat the eggs with milk, spices to taste and chopped parsley. Add the arranged vegetables to the pan, sprinkle everything with crumbled cheese.

Put the gratin with peppers and potatoes to bake in the warm oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20-30 minutes.
