How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar into foam, but be sure to set aside 2/3 cup (150 g) of sugar for the cream.
Combine the flour and baking powder. Pour them in slowly to the eggs and sugar. Carefully add the milk as well. Pour in the cocoa while stirring.
Pour the resulting homogeneous mixture into a form, pre-greased with butter, sprinkled with flour and then bake in a moderate oven. Top it with the cream, prepared from 2/3 cup (150 g) of powdered sugar and the butter, whipped into foam. Divide the mixture in half.
In one part put the vanilla and egg yolk, in the other - the melted in a water bath chocolate. Divide the baked layer into two parts and syrup each with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of the sugar syrup prepared in advance. Between the layers, smear the yellow cream, decorate the top with the brown cream.
